In "Sacred Ancestral Memory the Link to Fibroids," I explore the connections between fibroids and ancestral memory in Black women. Drawing from my journey as a daughter from a "DES daughter" and my work with Ohemaa Akua Phyllis, "The Fibroids Queen," this book reveals how ancestral trauma can impact our health.I offer holistic healing practices, including journaling and herbal remedies, to help readers reclaim their narratives and foster resilience. A portion of the proceeds supports my NGO, Abosom, and the #PositivePeriods project, empowering young girls in Ghana to embrace their menstrual health.Join me in honoring our ancestors and creating a brighter future for generations to come.
