Paperback265 pagina’sEngels
In this book an attempt has been made to investigate the contemporary challenges of diversity, multiculturalism and religious pluralism to protection of human rights and freedoms of citizens in the context of societies (and states) in transition. Focusing on various social, political, legal, cultural, and economy aspects of rights and freedoms of citizens within the state development in the context of the early Soviet Union and its first constitution, the book attempts to answer the question of why (some) state(s) fail to develop from totalitarianism to democracy and fall back into dictatorship.
