Tantra the supreme path to love.Taoism is a path to a long and healthy life by circulating sexual energy in the body. These two paths have inspired me. From an upbringing with many taboos and limited beliefs, I discovered freedom, inner strength and living from the heart. This book is an autobiography about my path to sexual freedom and spiritual development. It includes information on Tantra and Taoism and I have added matching photos that complete the picture and energy. Pushing boundaries in the field of intimacy and sex/sexuality is an intimate process. Still, I would like to share my experiences because it has brought me so much. In our wellness centre 'De Regenboog' (The Rainbow) in the Netherlands we passed on for years our experiences by organizing ‘Tantra workshops'. Now I would like to give to the world my personal transformation in a book. This is a pass-on book so that many people may find it useful.
