Back cover:Ghanaian Samuel is about to start a new life: no more going to church and a job as a teacher at his uncle's school. At school and on the way there, he meets compatriots and Chinese people who show him a different world. When a Ghanaian and two Dutch colleagues teach him how people can relate in a different way than he is used to, he gets confused. The moment the school breaks down due to corruption and a power struggle, his confusion degenerates into a crisis, from which he emerges with the help of friends. Once again, he must make a fresh start in life, but again not without perspective.
