Power & Equality is a philisophical book. Jeroen Roelfs wants to change our perspectives on power and equality. It is his belief that power structures are inherently unfair. Roelfs argues that power structures should always be dismantled when possible. Power leads to abuse of power. When positions of power are necessary, power should be used in a positive way. The writer believes this to be true on the smallest and largest of scales.
