Protection of the Roma Minority under International and European Law is a comprehensive coverage of all international legal aspects relating to the protection of Europe's biggest minority group, the Roma. This book combines a practical approach with in-depth analysis, based on the most up-to-date international documents and more than 160 international and national cases. A unique comparison is made with respect to the similarities of indigenous peoples and the Roma.
