Scott Joplin's concert waltz "Bethena", the extravagant ragtimes "The ragtime dance", "Stoptime rag", "Magnetic rag", and the sweeping "Solace" and "A real slow drag" fit remarkably well the mallets & piano configuration. The drums part can be omitted, but does add flavour to the performance.
