This book brings together the updated papers presented at a conference to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the conclusion of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. Marcel Szabó, J.D. ELTE University, Diploma in International Law, (Cambridge), and additional study at Stanford, Delft and Paris, PhD (Pázmány University, Hungary) Professor Szabó is former senior advisor to the Hungarian Government in the field of International Law. He is Chair of the European and International Law Department and Deputy Dean at Pázmány Péter Catholic University of Budapest.
