Over the last decades miscellaneous approaches have been introduced to improve lean execution of projects within R&D. Although numerous people have been trained and certified by renowned institutions, many organisations keep on struggling for improvement. Significant time is spoiled since it is not used wisely.This booklet offers another view. To improve, the organisation has to recognize the issue, understand what is needed, reset the mindset, adapt and implement planning as a profession for lean project execution.
