When the world is torn asunder by the sudden eruption of towers bursting from within the earth, only a select few are able to escape. Those who had survived the initial disaster find themselves stranded in a world without hope. Their loved ones were torn away by the towers and their own sanity hung on tenuous threads.This story follows just one of the few survivors, Felix Krist, whose will to live remains teeters precariously on the edge after his family had been ripped from him and he is left alone. He finds himself drawn to the towers, unsure of what compels him as he ventures inward in search of anything that could once again grant him hope.
