Glashouwer (born 1944) is an emeritus minister in the Dutch Reformed Church, and was a pioneer of the Evangelical Broadcasting Company, the Evangelical College, and the Evangelical School for Journalism. He has been involved in the work of Christians for Israel in the Netherlands for many years. After serving the organisation for more than ten years as chairman of the Dutch branch, he became president of Christians for Israel International in 1999.
